The purpose of this case study was to analyse an already existing and highly used app so as to incorporate a new feature. I had to investigate and empathise with users to understand this pain so I could come up with solutions to solve it.

The MVP approach is based on the premise that you can provide sufficient customer value by delivering minimal features that early adopters will use.
My minimum viable product is an edit tweet feature that allows its users to edit tweets after posting.

Almost everyone can relate to having a particular friend’s name come to mind when faced with a particular challenge. I was handed this challenge by a friend who was always having the difficulty of locating hotels around his proposed destination of travel whenever he had to be out of town and who did not have any friend who was known for this particular problem solving skill. What if all he had to do was reach for his phone and reach out to a friend but this time that friend would be ‘an application’?
